As our valued customer, you are a part of the CSI community. That is why I would like to share with you an update on CSI’s efforts to provide business continuity to its stakeholders, despite of the challenges resulting from the COVID-19 outbreak.
Supporting our customers and partners remains the core business activity of CSI. Hereby I would like to highlight that CSI remains open and connected, to help you execute your business in the most efficient way possible.
In a collaborative effort to stop the spread of the Coronavirus, CSI´s subsidiaries are moving to work from home and digital collaboration alternatives to minimize in person meetings. As always, the well-being of our employees, our partners and customers, and their families, is our number one priority. We will of course respect you own regulations and processes that you may have implemented.
We will continue to monitor the situation very closely and are responding in real-time to customer and partner inquiries. Please refer any possible collaboration concerns to your Account Manager and we will work through these topics with you.
