Steve Hamilton Named Distinguished Career Achiever

ST. LOUIS (April 16, 2013) – Steve Hamilton, president and COO of CSI Leasing, was named the 2013 Distinguished Career Achiever by the University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL). This honor is part of the University’s Salute to Business Achievement Awards that recognize alumni of the College of Business Administration who have demonstrated exceptional personal and professional accomplishments to UMSL, their profession and /or their community.

Hamilton graduated from UMSL in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. From there, he went to Washington University in St. Louis where he earned a Juris Doctorate in 1980. He joined CSI in 1983 as a corporate attorney before becoming general counsel in 1988. Beginning in 1999, he led CSI’s international expansion to Europe, Latin America, and Asia until becoming president and COO in 2008. He serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the College of Business at the University of Missouri – St Louis.
